ORDERING DETAILS

FLEXIBLE 7-DAY FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 7-days after the verified date of delivery. Please contact us immediately to let us know that you'd like to return an item you've recently ordered and we will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label by email.

Returned flutes that are received damaged will be charged up to a 35% restocking fee, based on the amount of damage and calculated on the item's full price.

Returned flutes must be received within 14-business days after return authorization is provided; a 25% restocking fee (based on the item's full price) will be deducted from any refund when a returned flute is received after the 14-business day authorization period.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable able to provide prepaid return shipping labels for orders outside the United States.  Our flexible 7-day return policy is applicable to all international orders but the cost of return shipping must be paid directly by the customer. Please contact us prior to sending your return so it is processed promptly when received.

Returned flutes that are not received in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS
Our 'Flexible 7-Day Return Policy' does not apply to any 'Final Sale' item. 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are completely responsible for all duties, fees, and/or taxes. Any import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid at the time of delivery.

REFUSED ORDERS
Shipped orders that are refused and automatically returned to us by the shipping service will be charged a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund, along with the cost of shipping being forfeited. This applies to any international order returned to us because duties, fees, or import taxes, were not paid by the customer at time of delivery.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final for our digital product; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

THINK YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG FLUTE?
Please check the engraving information on the bottom of the flute, stating the musical key and the tuning frequency, and contact us within 14-days if you received a wrong item.
